随着社会的发展和科技的不断进步,国家的经济形势不断在发生变化,导致经营管理者与企业目标和利益之间产生了较大的差异,为了更好的提高企业的经济效益,为企业获得更大的利益,需要高度重视当前管理者的薪酬问题。我国企业经营管理人员的薪酬激励制度存在诸多问题,需要从根本出发,探究其缺陷来弥补激励制度的不足,以设计有效的薪酬体系。本文注重从管理人员薪酬跟企业之间的关系、相对绩效评价和管理者薪酬决定因素的呢个方面进行阐述,并提出了相关的建议和策略。

In order to better improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, To obtain greater benefits, we need to attach great importance to the current manager’s salary issues. There are many problems in the remuneration incentive system for the managers of enterprises in our country. It is necessary to find out the shortcomings in order to make up for the shortcomings of the incentive system and to design an effective remuneration system. This article focuses on the relationship between managers ’remuneration and enterprises, the relative performance evaluation and the determinants of managers’ remuneration, and then puts forward the related suggestions and strategies.
