石瑞芳天津武清人,研究生学历,陕西省第八、九、十届政协委员,中国书法家协会会员,陕西省书协副主席,西安市文联副主席、书协主席,国家一级美术师。书法作品在国内、国际中多次荣获大奖。1993年她与父亲石宪章在中国美术馆成功举办“石宪章石瑞芳父女大型书法展”:其作品于1999年入选中国99位女书法家精品展,2003年入选韩国国际书法名人大展:2013年她获得“中国时代德艺双馨艺术家”称号。其作品和介绍被收入《当代中国书法艺术大成》、《中日友好书法联展作品集》等书法专集中,《学术琐谈》、《论草书十二意》等十余篇论文在全国专业报刊上发表。著有《陕西省书法考级教材》、《石宪章书法作品集》,出版了《石瑞芳诗词选》、《石
