一季度,我国坚持在适度扩大总需求的同时,着力加强供给侧结构性改革,经济发展的积极因素增多,投资增速回升,房地产市场回暖,消费增长保持平稳,结构转型取得成效,宏观经济实现良好开局。但目前国际经济环境不确定性增强,国内去产能、去库存、去杠杆等任务压力仍较大,经济企稳的基础并不稳固。建议稳定宏观经济政策,着力推进供给侧结构性改革,保持国民经济平稳发展的良好态势。
In the first quarter, while insisting on moderately increasing aggregate demand, our country focused on strengthening supply-side structural reforms and the positive factors in economic development. Investment growth picked up. The real estate market picked up. Consumption growth remained stable. Structural transformation achieved results. The macro-economy achieved Good start. However, due to the current uncertainties in the international economic environment, there is still a lot of pressure on such domestic tasks as capacity-building, inventory-removing and deleveraging. The foundation for economic stabilization is not stable. It is suggested that macroeconomic policies should be stabilized, efforts should be made to promote supply-side structural reforms and maintain a sound momentum of steady development of the national economy.
