铁路增建Ⅱ线锚固桩施工紧邻既有线,采用传统的钻爆法施工工艺易受“天窗”点施工的影响,人员和机械设备的施工效率大大降低,且安全风险高,成本较大。此文通过襄渝Ⅱ线锚固桩水磨钻施工工艺的经济技术分析,得出水磨钻的成本和定额基价。经过与传统钻爆法进行比较,显示出水磨钻施工工艺具有安全、经济、实用等特点,具有较好的推广利用价值。
Construction of anchored piles for the second phase of railway construction is close to existing lines. The construction technology of traditional drilling and blasting methods is easily affected by the construction of skylights and the construction efficiency of personnel and machinery and equipment is greatly reduced, and the safety risk is high and the cost is relatively large . In this paper, through the economic and technical analysis of the construction process of anchoring pile water-milled drill in Xiang-Yu-Ⅱ line, the cost and the fixed base price of the water mill are obtained. After comparing with the conventional drilling and blasting method, it shows that the construction process of the water-drilling drill is safe, economical and practical, which has a good value for popularization and utilization.
