研究了3,5-二氯苯甲酸的合成方法。首先,以邻氨基苯甲酸为原料制备2-氨基-3,5-二氯苯甲酸。通过分析影响该实验的因素,以质量为指标设计了正交实验方案,再用极差分析法处理实验数据。然后以3,5-二氯邻氨基苯甲酸为原料在高温下重氮化反应,制备3,5-二氯苯甲酸;用红外分光光度计、核磁共振仪对2种物质的结构进行了表征,用熔点仪初步估计产物纯度,再用高效液相色谱仪检测产物中纯物质的含量,从而得到了3,5-二氯邻氨基苯甲酸及3,5-二氯苯甲酸的最佳合成条件。
The synthesis of 3,5-dichlorobenzoic acid was studied. First, 2-amino-3,5-dichlorobenzoic acid was prepared from anthranilic acid as starting material. By analyzing the factors affecting the experiment, the orthogonal experiment scheme was designed based on the quality index, and then the experimental data was processed by the range analysis method. Then 3,5-dichloro-anthranilic acid was used as the starting material to diazotization at high temperature to prepare 3,5-dichlorobenzoic acid. The structures of the two materials were characterized by infrared spectrophotometer and nuclear magnetic resonance , The melting point was used to estimate the purity of the product, then the content of pure substance in the product was detected by high performance liquid chromatography, and the best synthesis of 3,5-dichloro-anthranilic acid and 3,5-dichlorobenzoic acid was obtained condition.
