采用免疫金银染色法(IGSS)和酶组织化学方法,对大鼠下丘脑室旁核(PVN)和视上核(SON)进行了加压素(VP)免疫细胞化学反应和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)焦磷酸硫胺索酶(TPPase)和细胞色素氧化酶反应。IGSS法显示PVN和SON核团内均含有丰富的VP阳性细胞,10μm厚的冰冻切片上就能显示出VP阳性纤维。PVN和SON核团内显示很强的G-6-Pase、TPPase和细胞色素氧化酶活性。用这三种酶反应,能清楚地显示出PVN和SON二核团的轮廓形态。文中对以上结果进行了讨论。
The immunostaining and vasopressin (VP) immunocytochemistry of hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) and supraoptic nucleus (SON) were performed by immunogold-silver staining (IGSS) and enzymatic histochemistry. Phosphatase (G-6-Pase) Thiamine pyrophosphate (TPPase) and cytochrome oxidase reactions. The IGSS method showed abundant VP positive cells in both the PVN and SON nuclei, and VP-positive fibers were found on 10 μm-thick frozen sections. The PVN and SON nuclei showed very strong G-6-Pase, TPPase and cytochrome oxidase activities. With these three enzyme reactions, the outline of the PVN and SON binucleations can be clearly shown. The article discussed the above results.
