目的:探讨超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)在烧伤大鼠创伤中的动态变化及蜂花烧烫伤膏对其的影响。方法热水烧伤法建立大鼠30%TBSA深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,延迟复苏,检测烧伤后1h、3h、6h、12h、24h、48h六个时相点SOD和MDA的含量变化。结果与正常组大鼠相比,烧伤延迟复苏组大鼠血浆中的SOD活力明显下降,12h达最低谷,蜂花烧烫伤膏可明显提升SOD活力;烧伤延迟复苏组大鼠血浆MDA含量明显上升,24h达高峰,蜂花烧烫伤高治疗组血浆MDA含量变化与烧伤延迟复苏组趋势一致,但含量明显降低。结论蜂花烧烫伤膏可以提升血浆SOD活力,降低血浆MDA含量,对缺血-再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。“,”Objective:To investigate the severe burn injury of Bee flower ointment changes and the role of SOD and MDA.Methods:The plasma SOD and MDA concentration in rats with TBSA 30% deep two degree burn was investigated in 1,3,6,12,24,48h postburn in burnes rats were measured.Results:A significant descend in SOD was found at 1 hour,especial y post-burned 12 hours;The plasma of MDA in the blood elevated significantly at 1 hours post burn,especial y postburned 12 hours.Group Bee flower ointment has the similar tendency.Conclusion:Bee flower burn ointment in plasma SOD and MDA play a role in ef ective protection.
