目的举出具体实例为医师合理使用药提供参考,以避免药物不良反应的发生。方法作者从以下几个方面进行了具体的实例分析:药品注射剂续点的不合理用药;pH值不同的药物产生配伍禁忌;溶媒不同的药物易产生配伍变化;中药制剂的盐析反应;药物间的氧化还原反应;孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药;药物配伍产生的化学反应。结果发现了一些容易发生的药品使用不当的实际问题。结论为避免药物不良反应的发生,与医师、护士一起改正临床中的不合理用药,保证患者合理、安全、有效的用药。
Objective To give specific examples of physicians for rational use of drugs to provide a reference to avoid the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Methods The author carried out a specific case analysis from the following aspects: irrational use of drug injections, incompatibility of drugs with different pH values, compatibility changes of different drugs in different solvents, salting-out reaction of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, Redox reaction; pregnant women and lactating women medication; chemical compatibility of the chemical reaction. The results revealed a number of practical problems that were prone to improper use of medicines. Conclusion In order to avoid the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, doctors and nurses should correct the unreasonable use of drugs in clinic so as to ensure rational, safe and effective medication for patients.
