目的对肺感染患者C反应蛋白和降钙素原检测结果分析与价值进行观察评估。方法收集2014年1月~2015年1月期间,临床确诊为肺部感染的患者120例作为研究对象。根据感染类型进行分组,G+菌感染患者40例,设置为A组,G-菌感染患者40例设置为B组,真菌感染患者40例,设置为C组。同时将40例排除肺部感染的健康体检者作为对照组。对比各组C反应蛋白和降钙素原检测水平。结果 G+菌感染组和G-菌感染组CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.01);G+菌感染组、G-菌感染组和真菌感染组PCT水平高于对照组(P<0.01);G-菌感染组与G+菌感染组比较,CRP和PCT水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组CRP和PCT处于低水平状态。结论 C反应蛋白和降钙素原检测对肺部感染分类诊断有重要价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe and evaluate the results of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in patients with lung infection. Methods A total of 120 patients with clinically diagnosed pulmonary infection were collected from January 2014 to January 2015. According to the type of infection, 40 patients were infected with G + bacteria, which were set as group A, 40 patients with G-bacteria infection were set as group B and 40 as fungal infection patients. At the same time, 40 healthy people who had lung infection were excluded as the control group. The levels of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in each group were compared. Results The levels of CRP in G + group and G - group were higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The levels of PCT in G + group, G - group and fungal group were higher than those in control group (P <0.01) - There was significant difference between CRP and PCT levels in bacterial infection group and G + infection group (P <0.01). CRP and PCT in the control group were in a low level. Conclusion The detection of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin have important value in the diagnosis of pulmonary infection, which is worth popularizing and applying.
