子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis EMs)以子宫内膜细胞异位生长为特征,主要影响生育年龄的妇女,是目前常见的妇科疾病之一,近年来发病率明显增高.约占妇女人口的10%-15%,在生育年龄的妇女中发病率高达30%[1] .EMs为良性病变,但其某些生物学行为却类似恶性行为,尤其是具有组织侵袭、远处种植生长的能力.可引起痛经和不孕,严重困扰着广大妇女的身心健康.本文对2007年1月-2007年12月在我院行手术治疗且术后病理证实为卵巢子宫内膜异位症的患者30例进行临床分析,以探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位症的诊治特点.
