目的:研究槲皮黄素灌胃后对大鼠肝静脉血浆代谢组学的变化及其意义。方法:大鼠按40mg/kg剂量槲皮黄素灌胃,分别于灌胃前(0h)、灌胃后0.5、1、2和4h采集肝静脉血液制备血浆,以1H核磁共振(1H NMR)分析代谢组变化。结果:槲皮黄素灌胃后,大鼠肝静脉血浆代谢组呈聚类分布,葡萄糖含量下降,β-羟丁酸、琥珀酸和丙酮酸等水平升高。结论:槲皮黄素对大鼠肝代谢具有显著影响,主要表现为葡萄糖分解增强,酮体生成增加。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes and significance of plasma metabolomics of rat hepatic vein after administration of quercetin. Methods: Rats were administered with 40 mg / kg quercetin, and hepatic venous blood was collected at 0, 1, 2 and 4 h after intragastric administration. Plasma was prepared by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) Metabolism group changes. Results: After administration of quercetin, the hepatic venous blood plasma metabolites of rats showed clustering distribution, the glucose content decreased, and the levels of β-hydroxybutyrate, succinate and pyruvate increased. Conclusion: Quercetin has a significant effect on hepatic metabolism in rats, mainly manifested by enhanced glucose decomposition and increased ketone body formation.
