以羊肚菌为试材,采用组织分离法分别从3株野生羊肚菌子实体分离得到性状稳定的菌丝体,根据子实体形态特征并结合ITS序列分析对分离株进行鉴定。结果表明:3株分离株均与黑脉羊肚菌同源性最高达99.0%;系统发育分析显示,分离获得的3株野生羊肚菌分离株亲缘关系较近,均聚在黑脉羊肚菌分支上。
Morchella was used as test material, and mycelia with stable morphology were isolated from three wild Morchella esculenta using tissue isolation method. The isolates were identified according to their morphological characteristics and ITS sequence analysis. The results showed that all the three isolates had homology of up to 99.0% with Morchella esculenta. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the three isolated strains of Morchella isolated closer to each other, On the branch of bacteria.
