克山病是一种以心肌损害为主、危害严重的地方病,在早期诊断上还缺少比较可靠的指标。我们1972年以来先后在吉林省和四川省克山病患区,应用血清乳酸脱氢酶同功酶(SLDH)检查技术探讨了克山病的早期诊断和其发病学特点。本文所报告的是1975年5～9月于云南省克山病患区所做的工作。
Keshan disease is a kind of endemic disease which is mainly caused by myocardial damage and serious harm. There is still a lack of reliable indicators in early diagnosis. Since 1972, we have successively explored the early diagnosis and pathogenesis of Keshan disease in Keshan patients in Jilin Province and Sichuan Province by using the technique of serum lactate dehydrogenase isozyme (SLDH). This article reports the work done in Keshan patients in Yunnan from May to September in 1975.
