奥氏体不锈钢的概念不锈钢种类很多,其中有马氏体、铁素体和奥氏体。当铬含量为18%,再加入8%的镍,这种钢便获得奥氏体组织。奥氏体钢可贵的是具有高的塑性,良好的可焊性和冲压性以及在冷变形下具有高的机械性能。这种钢在水中淬火之后塑性很高,并且比淬火前更软。这些钢不仅用牌号表示,而且还用简单的两个数字“18—8”来表示。头一个代表铬的含量,后者代表镍的含量。这种钢具有非磁性。
The concept of austenitic stainless steel stainless steel many types, including martensite, ferrite and austenite. When the chromium content of 18%, then add 8% of nickel, this steel will be austenitic. Austenitic steels are valuable for high plasticity, good weldability and punchability and high mechanical properties in cold deformation. This steel is ductile after quenching in water and is softer than before quenching. These steels are not only indicated by the grades, but also by the simple two numbers “18-8”. The first one represents the chromium content, the latter represents the nickel content. This steel is non-magnetic.
