目前,我国高校能够滋生腐败的土壤很多,预防腐败的根本在于从源头控制腐败行为的发生,因此认清腐败行为的发生土壤及外部环境尤为重要。
At present, colleges and universities in our country can breed corruption so much. The root of preventing corruption lies in controlling the occurrence of corruption from the source. Therefore, it is particularly important to recognize the occurrence of corruption and the external environment.
