864菌株是我室1986年从草菇培养料中分离得到,它对草菇具有显著的增产效果,生物效率可提高15%~20%,最高达30%以上。为了了解它在姬松茸菇上的效果,我们进行试验,现将结果报告如下: 一、材料与方法 (一)供试材料 姬松茸菌株从国外引进。培养料按一般草菇配方。采用箱式栽培,每箱66cm~2,装干料3.25kg。 (二)试验方法 试验设两个处理:①对照组加864菌液发酵。②试验组加864菌液发酵(每百公斤干料加600ml)。两组同时播种,菌丝走透后覆土。每个处理三个重复。从现蕾后定点观察各5朵,测量菇盖直径和厚度、菇柄直径与长度,称重。 二、结果与分析 (一)子实体的经济性状 不同处理的培养料对菇盖大小与厚度、柄长度与直径以及菇体重量有明显差
The 864 strain was isolated from the mushroom culture material in our lab in 1986 and has a remarkable yield increasing effect on the straw mushroom. The biological efficiency can be increased by 15% -20% and the highest is up to 30%. In order to understand its effect on Agaricus mushroom, we conducted the test, the results are reported as follows: First, the material and methods (A) test materials Agaricus strains imported from abroad.
