为解决钻井野外饮水难的问题,通过对江淮流域的水质调查,研制出一种宜于钻井队职工饮水用的源水处理装置。装置对水的处理过程分为净化阶段和深度处理阶段。净化阶段采用混凝、澄清和过滤合一的一体化净水器;深度处理阶段采用美国最新净化技术———派斯滤水系统来取代国内外常用的RO膜反渗透技术。经过净化的水质优于国家规定的生活饮用水标准。经钻井队近一年的使用证明,这种装置结构合理,性能可靠,并且运行费用低于其他水处理方法,已在江苏油田推广使用。
In order to solve the problem of difficult drinking water in the field, a source water treatment device suitable for the drinking water of drilling crews was developed through investigation of water quality in the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River Valley. The device’s treatment of water is divided into purification phase and advanced treatment phase. In the purification stage, an integrated water purifier with coagulation, clarification, and filtration is used. In the advanced treatment stage, Persian water filtration system is used to replace RO membrane reverse osmosis technology commonly used at home and abroad. The purified water quality is better than the national standard for drinking water. The use of drilling rigs for nearly a year has proved that this device is reasonable in structure, reliable in performance, and lower in operating costs than other water treatment methods. It has been widely used in Jiangsu oilfields.
