近年来，一些城市“两抢”犯罪已经占到了刑事案件的一半以上，“两抢”犯罪呈现出增幅巨大，危害升级的特点；公安机关在打击工作中存在快速反应难，信息采集难，取证审讯难，打击震慑难的问题。文章认为，应采取情报信息主导打“两抢”，专业手段攻坚打“两抢”和发动群众联合打“两抢”的对策，切实有效地加强对“两抢”犯罪的打击力度。
