粒-巨噬经胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)属于造血生长因子的一种。对于红系(BFU-E)、粒-巨噬系(CFU-GM)、巨核系(CFU-Meg)、嗜酸粒细胞(CFU-Eo)祖细胞均有刺激作用。并使粒(CFU-G)和单核巨噬系(CFU-M)祖细胞分化为成熟粒细胞和单核细胞、巨噬细胞,其生物学效应可概括为生长因子、分化因子、激活因子和诱导因子。对粒-单核细胞具有多种功能效应,如增强、刺激该类细胞的细胞毒作用、介质释放、吞噬、细胞粘附和化学吸引等。本科于1996年3月29日至7月14日间临床应用国产重组人粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)粒巨升治疗药物性粒或白细胞减少症9例(12例次).现对其增白作用小结于下。
