陕西省商洛公路管理总段地处秦岭山区,全总段共有职工1029人,下设7个县段,86个道班,担负着9条干、支线全长875.85公里的养护任务。由于认真贯彻了公路养护方针,以提高好路率为重点,实现了路况普遍提高。1985年平均好路率达到81.1％,被评为全省公路系统先进单位。他们的主要经验有以下几方面。一、实行计划管理加强全面养护为使公路适应山区商品经济发展的需要,他们坚持了以养好路面为中心,以提高好路率为重点,积积治理严重水毁创伤,确保了路况稳步上升。在管理中,具体抓了五项工作:一是调查研究,摸清路
