校企合作是职业院校实施开放办学的主要途径和提高人才培养质量的重要手段,同时也是促进产业发展进步的重要措施,校企合作机制的创新有利于校企合作的顺利进行并可持续发展。本文通过“市场化统筹,互补式发展”的校企合作机制的实践,探索了校企双方充分利用各方资源和优势,展开多方面、多层次的深度合作,进而营造校企双方共赢局面的机制。
