振动压路机偏振不仅会影响压实均匀性,还会影响压路机的直线行驶性能。为研究振动压路机的偏振现象,对某单钢轮振动压路机振动轮沿轮宽方向的振幅进行测试,发现存在较严重的偏振现象,高幅时振动轮振幅偏差为8.8%,低幅时振动轮振幅偏差为7.6%。根据该单钢轮振动压路机振动轮的结构参数,建立振动轮的ADAMS模型,并进行振动轮振幅均匀性仿真分析,通过减小振动轮激振力作用中心与振动体质心的偏移量,有效地改善了振动压路机的偏振现象。
