素质教育是面向全体学生的教育,为了能提高学生的学习成绩,合作学习越来越受到老师们的重视,并逐渐成为数学教学中一种重要的学习方式。通过合作学习,学生在小组或团队中为了完成共同的任务,有明确的责任分工,有利于师生间、学生间的情感沟通和信息交流。这种方式给了学生自主、合作的机会,目的在于培养学生的团体合作和竞争意识。当学生主动参与到教学过程之中时,他们的学习会更有效率。在新一轮课程改革的实施过程中,笔者特别注意引导学生开展小组合作学习,下面笔者简单谈谈自己的做法及思考。
Quality education is a education for all students. In order to improve students’ academic performance, cooperative learning is paid more and more attention by teachers and has gradually become an important way of learning in mathematics teaching. Through cooperative learning, students in the group or team in order to accomplish a common task, there is a clear division of responsibilities, is conducive to teachers and students, emotional communication between students and exchange of information. This approach gives students the opportunity of autonomy and cooperation, the purpose is to cultivate students’ awareness of group cooperation and competition. When students take the initiative to participate in the teaching process, their learning will be more efficient. In the process of the new round of curriculum reform, I pay special attention to guide students to carry out group cooperation learning, the author briefly talk about their own practices and thinking below.
