在建筑业市场竞争越来越激烈的背景下,施工成本控制能帮助企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,实现效益最大化。本文主要就建筑工程成本管理进行介绍和分析,并结合笔者的工作经验对工程项目成本管理中的问题进行研究,提出一些加强和完善工程项目成本管理的措施,仅供参考。
Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry, construction cost control can help enterprises to maintain their position in the fierce market competition and maximize profits. This article mainly introduces and analyzes the cost management of construction project. Based on the author’s work experience, this article studies the problems in the project cost management and puts forward some measures to strengthen and improve the project cost management for reference purposes only.
