职业核心能力训练是提升学生综合素质的有效途径,嵌入式教学模式改革是职业核心能力进入高职教育课程改革的有效举措,其内容包括3个方面:在高职教学课程体系中嵌入职业核心能力课程、在专业课程教学中融入职业核心能力教学内容以及在第二课堂实践中融入职业核心能力实践教学方法。通过研究、试点、全面实施到示范推广,职业核心能力教育在改变学生思维方式、提升学生就业创业能力、培养学生可持续发展能力等方面取得了显著的成效,为提升学生综合素质找到了一个行之有效的方法。
Vocational core competence training is an effective way to improve the overall quality of students.
