中国科技情报学会竞争情报分会以“企业信息化与竞争情报咨询服务”为主题的1997学术年会于9月21日至26日在杭州市中国兵器工业富阳疗养院召开.中国兵器工业第210研究所书记、竞争情报分会顾问段作亭同志、中国科技情报学会常务理事兼秘书长高庆生同志、竞争情报分会理事长包昌火同志、分会常务理事兼秘书长刘诗章同志在开幕式上作了发言,常务理事兼学术研究部主任秦铁辉同志、常务理事兼咨询服务部主任孙振玉同志、常务理事兼副秘书长郭锐同志、常务理事张廷俊同志、国家科委科技信息司新技术处周鼎恒主任工程师等出席了会议.出席会议的还有来自全国22个省、市、自治区,12个部委的竞争情报和信息咨询工作者总计82人,收到论文77篇.
China Scientific and Technical Intelligence Institute Competitive Intelligence Branch 1997 academic annual conference on the theme of “Enterprise Information and Competitive Intelligence Advisory Service” was held at Fuyang Sanatorium, China Ordnance Industry, Hangzhou, China from September 21 to September 26. China Ordnance Industry Research Institute 210 Comrade Duan Zuoting, secretary of the competition intelligence branch, Comrade Gao Qingsheng, standing director and secretary general of China Institute of Scientific Intelligence, comrade Bao Changhuo, chairman of the competition intelligence branch, comrade Liu ShiZhang, standing director and secretary general of the branch, made a speech at the opening ceremony. Director and academic research department comrade Qin Tiehui, executive director and advisory services director Comrade Sun Zhenyu, executive director and deputy secretary general Comrade Guozhang Zhang Changjun, Commissar of State Science and Technology Information Technology Division Zhou Dingheng, chief engineer attended the meeting Also present at the meeting were a total of 82 competition intelligence and information consultants from 22 provinces, cities and autonomous regions and 12 ministries and commissions nationwide, and 77 papers were received.
