大型扁平塞规,一般是单件磨削外径,生产效率很低。我厂在技术革新中改进了磨削夹具,塞规一次安装后可同时磨削5.件,通过两年来的生产实践证明,非但生产效率提高4倍多,而且精度也能达0.001～0.005毫米以内。
Large flat plug gauge, usually a single grinding diameter, low productivity. Our factory has improved the grinding fixture in the technological innovation. The plug gauge can grind 5. pieces once after installation. It has been proven through two years of production practice that not only the production efficiency is improved by more than 4 times, but also the precision can reach 0.001 ~ 0.005 mm Within.
