隐孢子虫是一种世界性分布的肠道寄生原虫 ,迄今已发现 2 0余种 ,其中微小隐孢子虫 (Ｃｒｙｐ ｔｏｓｐｏｒｉｄｉｕｍ ｐａｒｖｕｍＣｐ)对人及哺乳动物的危害最大。由其所致的隐孢子虫病已是世界六大腹泻病之一 ,发达国家腹泻人群感染率为 0 .6%～ 10 .2 % ,发展中国家为 4 %
