Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important concept of “three represents” has taken a dynamic and open system of meaningful structural systems. It displays not only the organic relationship between the three parts of the landscape horizontally but also the three-dimensionality and the hierarchy of its meaning and structure vertically. This article aims to reveal the rich connotation of the three aspects of this important thought. First, the connotation of historical materialism: “one body, two wings” type of theoretical framework, the development of the socialist “two civilizations” and give its clear value orientation
