目的:通过检测细辛、藜芦配伍使用前后所含化学成分的变化,研究传统中药理论“十八反”的科学内涵。方法:利用UPLC/Q-TOF MS BPI离子流图谱,分别绘制细辛单煎液、藜芦单煎液和细辛与藜芦配伍混煎液的BPI离子流指纹图谱,对图谱中分子离子峰进行分析,通过loadings确定差异分子离子,比较相同分子离子峰单煎、配伍混煎前后量的变化。结果:分别确定配伍混煎后细辛中有八个分子离子、藜芦中有十个分子离子峰峰面积变化超过9%以上。结论:从药理作用的物质基础研究,细辛“反”藜芦是具有一定道理的。
OBJECTIVE: To study the scientific connotation of the traditional Chinese medicine theory “eighteenth reaction” by detecting the chemical composition before and after the compatibility of Asarum and veratrum. Methods: By means of UPLC / Q-TOF MS BPI ion chromatogram, the fingerprints of Asarum Decoction, Vetiveria Decoction and Decoction of Vetiveria zizanioides and Veratrum extract were drawn respectively, and the molecular ion peaks Analysis, by loadings to determine the differential molecular ions, compared with the same molecular ion peak single fried, mixed decoction before and after the amount of change. Results: Eight components of asarum were identified after mixed decoction, and the peak area of ten molecular ions in the veratrum rose more than 9%. Conclusion: From the material basis of pharmacological effects, asarum “anti” Vera is of some truth.
