渔用饲料是水产养殖发展的重要物质基础,必须保证产品质量。要生产出高质量的渔用饲料,必须靠合理的饲料配方和先进加工工艺的有机结合。在配方制定之后,加工工艺就成为决定产品质量优劣的重要因素。在加工过程中,原料受到机械、湿热和高温、高压的作用,会发生一系列物理、化学变化,从而影响饲料中各种营养成分的利用率。本文结合我省加工工艺现状及存在问题,对饲料加工工艺提出改进措施,以促进我省渔用饲料产品质量的提高。
Fishery feed is an important material basis for the development of aquaculture and the quality of products must be guaranteed. To produce high-quality fishing feed, we must rely on the combination of reasonable feed formulations and advanced processing technology. After formulating, processing technology has become an important factor in determining the quality of products. In the process of processing, raw materials are mechanical, heat and high temperature, high pressure, a series of physical and chemical changes will occur, thus affecting the utilization of various nutrients in the feed. In this paper, the status quo and existing problems in processing technology in our province, proposed improvements to feed processing technology to promote the quality of fishery feed products in our province.
