心理授权对个体创新有着显著的预测作用,这一理论的应用为教师个体的教学创新提供了新的思路。以心理授权理论为切入点,在阐释心理授权对个体创新具有重要意义的基础上,提出依靠教师心理授权促进教师教学创新的路径。
Psychological empowerment plays an important role in predicting individual innovation. The application of this theory provides a new way of thinking for individual teaching innovation. Based on the theory of psychological empowerment, this paper puts forward the path of relying on the psychological empowerment of teachers to promote teachers’ teaching innovation based on the explanation of the importance of psychological empowerment to individual innovation.
