腹膜血流是影响腹透效能的重要因素之一。我们用闭路电视显微镜定量观察大鼠提睾肌和盲肠间皮表面的小动脉和小静脉对商品腹透液及加入具有益气养阴作用的参麦注射液腹透液的反应。结果显示:商品腹透液具有一定的扩血管效应,加入参麦注射液后,盲肠小动脉扩张从20％增加到45％,小静脉从15％增加到32％;对提睾肌小动脉扩张从7％增加到17％,小静脉从5％增加到10％。说明参麦注射液腹透液具有扩张腹膜微小血管、增加血流量、使腹膜交换面积增大的作用。该结果部分解释了参麦注射液提高腹膜清除率的机理。
Peritoneal blood flow is one of the important factors affecting the efficacy of peritoneal dialysis. Quantitative observation of the arterioles and venules on the surface of the cremaster and cecal mesothelioma of rats was performed with CCTV microscopy. The response to peritoneal dialysis fluid of Shenmai injection with Shenqi Yangye was added. The results showed that the peritoneal dialysis fluid had a certain vasodilator effect. After the Shenmai injection was added, the cecal arteriole dilation was increased from 20% to 45%, the venule was increased from 15% to 32%, and the cremaster arteriole dilated From 7% to 17%, venules increase from 5% to 10%. It was demonstrated that Shenmai injection peritoneal dialysis has the effect of expanding the peritoneal microvascular, increasing blood flow, and increasing the peritoneal exchange area. This result partly explains the mechanism of Shenmai injection in improving peritoneal clearance.
