开栏的话 在新年的第一期,我们开设了“卓越企业质量经营”专栏。这个专栏将陆续向大家介绍当今国际国内一些著名企业的卓越质量经营之路。本期我们选择的是美国的波音公司、柯达公司、IBM公司和日本的松下公司。它们的发展经历各不相同又各具特色:波音公司的可靠性与持续改进,柯达公司的文化至上的价值观,松下公司的永久质量与魅力,IBM的令人惊羡的专利开发等等,都是在经历了不断的探索和不懈的追求之后取得成功的,它们都有一个共同点——在不断的变化中追求卓越。用柯达公司价值观中的话来表述就是:“在任何社会环境里生存,其中有一个不变的真理,那就是‘变’。‘变’是永恒的……” 今天我们处在一个瞬息万变的时代、一个飞速发展的社会,我们的企业怎样适应这令人眼花瞭乱的变化,不断地否定自我,不断开拓创新,这几家大公司追求卓越的历程,肯定会给我们许多新的启示。 ——编者
In the first issue of the New Year, we opened the column of “Excellent Business Quality Management”. This column will continue to introduce you to some of today’s leading domestic and international famous enterprises of outstanding quality management. This issue we chose the United States Boeing, Kodak, IBM and Japan’s Panasonic.
