采用原子荧光光谱法测定了同一地区2个不同区域中姜黄及其栽培土壤中As和Hg的含量,并评价了姜黄不同药用部位对土壤中As和Hg的吸收富集能力。研究结果表明该地区生长于不同区域的姜黄中As和Hg的含量有一定差异,且姜黄对土壤中As和Hg的富集能力均较弱。试验方法回收率在95.80%~108.4%之间,方法准确可靠。试验可为该地区姜黄的规范化种植提供参考。
The contents of As and Hg in turmeric and its cultivated soils in two different areas in the same area were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The absorption and accumulation of As and Hg in soil were evaluated at different medicinal parts. The results showed that the contents of As and Hg in turmeric of different regions were different in this area, and the accumulation of As and Hg in soil was weak. The test method recovery rate of 95.80% ~ 108.4%, the method is accurate and reliable. The experiment can provide reference for the standardization of turmeric cultivation in this area.
