绿脓杆菌在人工培养基上产生兰绿色的绿脓色素是医学微生物学实验中必须解决的问题。我们最初是用半固体培养基,后来发现醋酸铅培养基更佳,也曾试用(半固体培养基不产生色素时)加进荼乙酸的半固体培养基,可产生色素。又曾试用过广西医学院微生物学教研组在他们课本中提出过的豆浆平板培养基,产生色素也不错。为了比较上述培养基产色的优劣。我们作了如下的实验。
