目前,颞下颌关节侧位片已成为口腔专业中各分支学科临床上最为常用资料之一。国内一些口腔专科医院多应用卧位定位系统,由普通X线机用12.5×17.5cm胶片拍摄双侧颞颌关节开闭口侧位片(薛氏位),照片较为规范,但操作仍较繁琐。而一些综合医院尚有在无定位系统的情况下拍摄者,浪费胶片现象严重,照片亦不标准,在科研中缺乏可比性。为此,我们研制了便携头帽式定位架,经临床使用效果满意。
At present, the temporomandibular joint lateral radiograph has become one of the most commonly used clinical data in the branches of oral specialty. In some oral special hospitals in China, the multi-application decubitus position system is used. The lateral radiographs (Xue's position) of bilateral temporomandibular joint opening and closing are taken by a conventional X-ray machine with 12.5 × 17.5cm film. The photos are more normative, but the operation is still cumbersome. In some general hospitals, there are still cases of filming in the case of non-locating systems. The phenomenon of wasted film is serious, photos are not standardized, and there is a lack of comparability in scientific research. To this end, we developed a portable headgear positioning frame, satisfactory results by clinical use.
