采集新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州特克斯县4种不同被毛颜色2~3周岁的216只哈萨克母羊血样,其中黑色被毛羊51只,棕色被毛羊50只,青灰色59只,白色被毛羊56只。运用PCR-SSCP及测序方法对TYR基因多态性及其对哈萨克羊毛色的影响进行分析。结果表明,TYR基因存在3种基因型:AA、AB和BC型。在白色和青灰色被毛群体中,AB基因型为优势基因型。在棕色和黑色被毛群体中,AA基因型为优势基因型。在此群体中A等位基因为4种毛色的优势等位基因。经χ2检验,TYR基因的基因型频率在4种毛色羊中的分布差异不显著(P>0.05)。
Blood samples were collected from 216 Kazakh ewes aged 2 ~ 3 years old in Turks County, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, of which 51 were black sheep, 50 brown sheep, 59 gray-white, 56 sheep The polymorphism of TYR gene and its effect on Kazakh wool color were analyzed by PCR-SSCP and sequencing. The results showed that there are three genotypes of TYR genes: AA, AB and BC. In white and blue-gray coat populations, the AB genotype is the predominant genotype. The AA genotype was the predominant genotype in brown and black coat populations. In this population, the A allele is the dominant allele for the four coat colors. The χ2 test showed that there was no significant difference in the genotype frequency of TYR between the four coat color sheep (P> 0.05).
