党的十四届三中全会《决定》指出我国改革的最终目标是实现社会共同富裕。但是在实现共同富裕的过程中,“要允许一部分人通过诚实劳动先富起来”。因此在建立社会主义市场经济体制初期,必然出现一个社会分配分散化、多样化、差距扩大化和不公平的问题。一、当前我国个人收入水平差距拉大大量资料表明,当前我国社会分配和个人收入水平存在差距扩大的现象。这种现象有的是合理的,有的是不合理的。(一)合理的收入水平差距扩大主要表现在:1.
