由于种种原因,革命老区经济社会发展与发达地区一直存在着较大差距。如何破解这一难题,成为改革开放40多年来历届党委和政府以及广大学者共同关注的课题。近日,由中国社会科学出版社出版的延安大学徐长玉教授的《延安区域经济转型研究》就是一部专门研究革命老区经济发展问题的新作。该书具有以下特征。一是针对性强。由于历史和现实的原因,改革开放以来,延安经济发展出现了跳跃式发展轨迹。从前期的资源匮乏、交通不便、信息闭塞、观念落后,到20世纪90年代末石油、煤炭大开发,交通大发展,发生了翻天覆地的变化。
