[目的]观察糖肾方联合胰岛素泵干预糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。[方法]将60例辨证属于“气阴两虚、湿瘀阻络”的糖尿病肾病患者,按照随机原则分为治疗组、对照组,对比观察两组患者治疗前后糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、尿蛋白定量、血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、血肌酐(SCr)、血肌酐清除率(CCr)等指标,疗程4周。[结果]治疗组较对照组在治疗后,患者HbA1c、尿蛋白定量、Cystatin C、TG、SCr、CCr均有明显改善(P<0.01)。[结论]糖肾方联合胰岛素泵干预糖尿病肾病可改善患者血糖代谢及脂质代谢紊乱,减少患者的尿蛋白排出,显著延缓糖尿病肾病患者肾衰竭进展。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Tangshen prescription combined with insulin pump on diabetic nephropathy. [Methods] Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy who belonged to “deficiency of both qi and yin, dampness and stasis” were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The levels of HbA1c, Urinary protein, serum Cystatin C, serum triglyceride (TG), serum creatinine (SCr), serum creatinine clearance rate (CCr) and other indicators, the course of 4 weeks. [Results] After treatment, the levels of HbA1c, urinary protein, Cystatin C, TG, SCr and CCr in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Intervention with Tangshenfang and insulin pump in diabetic nephropathy can improve blood sugar metabolism and lipid metabolism disorders, reduce urinary protein excretion and delay the progression of renal failure in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
