一个早晨,在美国田纳西州乡村的一家小餐馆里聚集了不少吃早餐的人。正在这时,一位仪表堂堂的白发男子逐个走向每个餐桌,与每位就餐者打招呼。在一对来度假的夫妇桌前,这位男子停了下来。“你们从哪儿来?”他友好地问。
One morning, there were quite a few people eating breakfast in a diner in the Tennessee countryside. At this moment, a dignified white-haired man went to each table one by one to greet each diner. The man stopped at a table of couples on vacation. “Where are you from?” He asked friendlyly.
