针对某电厂国产600 MW超临界机组锅炉高温再热器出口异种钢焊口的泄漏情况,采用直读式光谱分析仪Spectro Sort CCD TSC17对高温再热器T91/TP347H异种钢焊接接头两端母材和焊缝进行化学成分分析,并且在LECO300显微硬度计下观察和测量显微硬度,利用Axiovert 200 MAT金相显微镜观察和分析金相组织,同时综合管排的结构、爆口的特点进行全面分析,得出高温再热器出口异种钢焊口泄漏的原因,有针对性的提出治理方案,因此对同结构的锅炉有很好的借鉴意义。
