The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether elderly residents can participate in regular physical activity and to observe the balance, flexibility, and muscle strength of subjects in comparison with those of the control group Whether it can be significantly improved. A total of 49 volunteers participated in the trial randomly selected from 12 elderly homes in Dundee region. Twenty of them participated in the exercise training group and 24 participated in the trial. Participants in the exercise group participated in the exercise with music twice a week for 45 minutes each time. The first warm-up for 10 minutes should be done before proceeding, followed by a 35-minute warm-up session covering all the upper and lower extremities. Most activities contain repeated exercise to enhance upper and lower limb muscle strength. As research progresses, the number of repetitions for each type of exercise increases, encouraging them to lengthen
