随着现代科技技术的发展,技术应用型人才越来越成为企业的紧缺人才,为了满足社会人才的需求,高职教育应当完成这个历史性的使命。中国高职教育实施时间不长,近三十年来虽然取得了一定的职业教育成果,但整个职业教育理念还没有完全成熟,需要进一步加大研究,探索出培养高素质高技术专业人才的教学模式。文章结合建筑工程技术专业实例,提出“T—P循环”教学模式改革,对其具体实施过程进行分析探讨。
With the development of modern science and technology, more and more technical talents are becoming scarce talents in enterprises. To meet the needs of social talents, higher vocational education should accomplish this historic mission. The implementation of higher vocational education in China has taken a short time. Although some achievements have been made in vocational education in the past 30 years, the concept of vocational education has not yet been fully developed. Further research is needed to explore ways to cultivate high-quality and high- . Combining with the example of construction engineering technology, this paper puts forward the reform of “T-P cycle” teaching mode, and analyzes its concrete implementation process.
