人体肿瘤除少数几种外,几乎都出现染色体异常,癌症患者染色体异常的频率可达80—100%。不同的癌细胞有不同的染色体异常,同一种癌细胞的染色体异常也往往是各异的。从染色体的数目看,癌细胞一般都是非正倍体,数目变动幅度很大,是高度不平衡核型。在各种癌细胞中,第8号染色体最常出现畸变,其次是1、3、5、7、9、14、17、21和22号染色体。染色体结构
