黑色紧张素(Melatonin)是松果腺分泌的一种激素。不少研究表明,松果腺对生殖系统的拟制作用可能部分是通过黑色紧张素。本文用器管培养证明,黑色紧张素能直接作用于垂体,拟制由黄体生成素释放因子(LRF)引起的黄体生成素(LH)的释放。作者用从5天的雌性大鼠得到的垂体前叶做器官培养。在对照条件下培养24小时后,将垂体移入含有试验物的新鲜培养环境中。将垂体的一半放入只含1毫微克分子浓度的LRF中,或放入同时存在1或10毫微克分子浓度黑色紧张素的LRF培养液中。另一半作为对照,放于不含LRF和黑色紧张素的培养液中,或放于只含1或10毫微克分子浓度的黑色紧张素的培养浓中。24小时后结束培养,用双抗体放射免疫法测定每种培养液中的LH含量。结果表明,单纯用LRF处理的环境中,LH含量较对照培养中增加10倍。但若用黑色紧张素与LKF同时培养。则垂体分泌的LH极明显的降低。10毫微克分子浓度的黑色紧张素可使LRF引起的LH释放降低到只用LRF培养时反应的14%。黑色紧张
Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland. Numerous studies have shown that the pineal gland’s reproductive system may be part of the role of the formation of black-tipped hormone. In this paper, culture tube culture proved that the role of black can directly affect the pituitary hormone, the proposed luteinizing hormone-releasing factor (LRF) -induced luteinizing hormone (LH) release. The authors performed organ culture with anterior pituitary gland from a 5-day old female rat. After 24 hours of culture under control conditions, the pituitary gland was transferred to a fresh culture environment containing the test substance. Place one half of the pituitary into LRF containing only 1 nanomolar or into LRF with 1 or 10 nanograms of biotin. The other half served as a control and was placed in a culture medium free of LRF and black, or in a culture medium containing only 1 or 10 nanograms of black serum. After 24 hours, the culture was terminated and the level of LH in each culture medium was determined by double antibody radioimmunoassay. The results showed that in the LRF-treated environment, the LH content increased by 10 times compared with the control culture. However, if using black color and LKF training at the same time.
