We collected a set of programs from major computer users in Argonne National Laboratory and run them on contemporary three giant computers respectively. The results show that the CRAY x-MP-4 has the strongest performance on different types of topics. Fujitsu and Hitachi Computers It is appealing to be good at dealing with highly vectorized topics and with IBM computers.
