由于我国经济的蓬勃发展,人民生活水平不断进步,并随着科学技术的提高,人们开始关注平日的生活质量,这使得建筑装修装饰得到了更多人的关注。在建筑装饰装修工程的施工过程中,为了防止质量问题的出现,必须要加强对项目的管理。本文主要探讨了建筑装饰装修工程项目管理方面出现的问题及其应对措施,以使得施工作业质量得到保证。
Due to the vigorous development of our economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, people are paying more attention to the quality of life on weekdays as science and technology improve. This has attracted more and more attention from people in building decoration. In the process of construction and decoration of the construction process, in order to prevent the emergence of quality problems, we must strengthen the project management. This article mainly discusses the construction decoration project management problems and countermeasures to ensure the quality of construction operations be guaranteed.
