进行小麦杂交育种,是利用具有不同遗传特点的亲本进行杂交。通过基因的重组,将不同亲本的优良遗传组成,综合于杂种个体之中,加上人工培育和定向选择,最后达到选育出新的高产优良品种的目的。正确地选配亲本组合,是杂交育种的关键之一。为能准确地掌握杂交亲本性状的遗传特点,以增强对亲本选配和后代选择的预见性和计划性。从1973年开始,我们结合常规育种试验,对小麦几个主要性状与亲子代间的相关性进行了初步的调查分析。本材料主要分析F_2代与亲本性状的相关关系。
For wheat cross breeding, the parents of different genetic traits are used for crossing. Through gene recombination, the excellent genetic composition of different parents is integrated into the hybrid individuals, combined with artificial breeding and directional selection, finally achieving the goal of breeding new high-yielding fine varieties. Proper selection of parental combinations is one of the keys to hybrid breeding. In order to accurately grasp the genetic characteristics of hybrid parental traits in order to enhance the predictability and planning of parental preferences and offspring selection. Since 1973, we conducted a preliminary investigation and analysis of several major traits of wheat and the correlation between parents and offspring in combination with conventional breeding experiments. This material mainly analyzes the correlation between F2 generation and its parents’ traits.
